Transformation Strategy and Verification Preparation:

In order to draft a Transformation/B-BBEE Strategy, a comprehensive analysis will be done of the company data, policies and initiatives. A gap analysis will be provided based on the client’s desired B-BBEE Level that they wish to attain. Thereafter, a Transformation Strategy will be presented to the client with recommended solutions across all elements. The service includes:

• Electing and training the B-BBEE working committee based on their respective roles;
• Vetting programmes, service providers and beneficiaries to ensure they meet the requirements of the industry sector codes;
• Implementing agreed initiatives;
• Putting in place processes, checklists and spreadsheets for easy gathering and capturing of data;
• Uploading data in a tracking tool that will enable easy project status meetings;
• Doing scenario planning;
• Drafting documentation i.e. contracts, letters, etc. that serve as adequate evidence during verification;
• Monitor the impact of the B-BBEE initiatives and provide regular reports;
• Chairing quarterly meetings with the working committee and management;
• Assisting the client with compiling the verification files;
• Feedback to the client after verification.
