Nicole Ramjee has been our dedicated B-BBEE Consultant who manages our Skills Development and Employment Equity (compiles and submits our annual EEA2 and EEA4 reports ) portfolio as well. As our Skill Development Facilitator (SDF), Nicole has implemented our first learnership programme which included the recruitment of learners, sourcing the training provider and lodging all documentation with the Seta. HR Synthesis is an integral partner to Lexmark International SA Pty Ltd in terms of Transformation, B-BBEE, Compliance and HR. The B-BBEE solutions that were provided and implemented in 2019 enabled our business to optimize our B-BBEE rating. HR Synthesis designed our 2020 B-BBEE Strategy and is assisting us with the implementation of the outlined solutions. Nicole Ramjee from HR Synthesis has been assisting our company for the past 5 years. I worked with Nicole for 3 years at the South African Institute of International Affairs, Nicole has been an exceptional mentor to me.
